Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech opportunities (quantum, bio-convergence, Web4)
- Produce strategic foresight reports identifying disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Design innovation frameworks integrating AI ethics, climate resilience, and human-centric tech
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry keynotes
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI, or climate tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, CausalMap)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
