- Manage $10M+ annual R&D budget across experimental technology domains
- Present foresight findings to Fortune 500 partners and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for frontier tech
