Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Analyze emerging geopolitical and economic trends to identify market disruptions
- Present strategic forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize cutting-edge research
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational departments
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented projects
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent program
