Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum neural interfaces and bio-digital convergence

- Forecast socio-ethical implications of emerging tech through predictive modeling
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and Fortune 100 firms
- Author Horizon 2026 white papers published in Nature and MIT Technology Review
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring global thought leaders
- Patent at least 3 breakthrough technologies in quantum-bio hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Biology, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent speculative field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at top-tier tech/labs (DeepMind, Allen Institute, etc.)
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in predictive modeling for exponential technologies
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in government/VC funding
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Portfolio of 2020+ technology foresight artifacts
