Responsibilities

- Develop 10-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from quantum computing to neurotech
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global forums on future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype exponential technologies and validate adoption curves
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in innovation strategy or futurism roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and AI-powered trend analysis platforms
