Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-year innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or foresight consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology foresight projects
