Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and SXSW
- Manage cross-functional teams of quantum computing, AI, and biotech specialists
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through government and private partnerships
- Establish industry-wide frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2020s megatrends (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing, climate resilience, or neurotech
- Track record advising Fortune 100 CTOs on technology disruption
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro software and scenario modeling tools
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
