Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology/society trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on 5-year strategic pivots and disruption preparedness
- Curate and host high-impact 'Future Forward' executive workshops
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms (Web4, quantum ethics, climate-positive tech)
- Drive product development for our proprietary FutureSim platform
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Experience advising C-level teams on long-term transformation
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
