- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' synthesizing geopolitical, environmental, and technological vectors
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 commercialization
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness across 15+ dimensions
- Represent company at Davos, World Economic Forum, and premier innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Schwartz, Tetlock)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
