Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating cutting-edge technologies with sustainable business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on future trends
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
