Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive long-term technology roadmaps specifically focused on achieving key milestones and innovations by 2026.
- Trend Forecasting: Analyze global technology trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats, ensuring Horizon Future Labs remains ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and board members.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and advise on the evolving regulatory landscape of emerging tech (AI, Data Privacy) to ensure seamless compliance.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource allocation for high-impact technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about long-term implications of technology on business and society.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, and blockchain technologies.
