As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry pioneers to decode emerging trends, identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, and architect sustainable business models for 2026 and beyond. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and our company's position as an industry disruptor.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and spatial computing domains
- Develop quantitative/qualitative scenarios for 2026 market conditions and consumer behavior shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging technology integration and commercialization
- Present executive briefings and innovation roadmaps to C-suite and Board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-facing business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term (5-10 year) technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis capabilities
- Portfolio of published futurism work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFSD, CPS) strongly preferred
