Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year technology foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biohybrid AI, neurointerfaces)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and adoption
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and disruptor startups
- Anticipate geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology foresight projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
