- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Advise leadership on strategic pivots and future-proofing initiatives
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and strategic imperatives
- Mentor teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/business units
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in futures studies or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
