- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026+ paradigm shifts
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with demonstrable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum systems)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
