- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with experience at executive/board level
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
