Responsibilities
- Map emerging technology trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic insights into corporate strategy
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) on future-of-work scenarios
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototype development and pilot programs
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic factors impacting tech adoption by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
- Strong network of academic and industry futurists
- Presentation skills at global forums (e.g., Davos, Web Summit)
