- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using blockchain, biotech, and neural interfaces
- Present strategic narratives to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Maintain FutureTrend database with real-time disruption indicators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption patterns
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
