Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups for acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Technology Forecasting
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technological disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
