Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and space exploration domains
- Develop multi-generational roadmaps for disruptive technology adoption
- Facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Author forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning frameworks
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for experimental R&D projects
- Represent 2026 at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 10+ years in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
