- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development and strategic planning
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
