Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-industry innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit showcasing breakthrough prototypes
- Manage $10M innovation fund for early-stage 2026-tech ventures
- Produce quarterly 'State of 2026' trend reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor 'Future Shapers' fellowship program for emerging technologists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Science
- 7+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Published author on exponential technologies or futurist methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating implementation of 5+ future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience securing federal/state grants for forward-looking research
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFP) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
