Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives targeting next-gen human-machine interfaces and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Champion agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future-forward products and services
- Build and mentor a world-class innovation lab focused on solving 2030 challenges
- Collaborate with global partners to establish industry standards for emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum applications, bio-integration
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology foresight
- Experience building diverse, cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
