Qualifications

- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching $10M+ innovation initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technology trends (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks and tech forecasting methodologies
- Security clearance for national innovation projects
