Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5+ year market impact
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive trends post-2025
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate strategy

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight or futures research
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market vision
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on post-2025 technological disruption
- Experience leading global innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
