Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their strategic impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-forward strategies into core business operations
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on prototyping solutions for 2026 challenges
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to drive innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario analysis skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex innovation projects
- Strong background in data visualization and strategic storytelling
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
