Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global R&D labs
- Present future scenario analyses to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Oversee innovation pipeline valuation and risk assessment methodologies
- Drive sustainability integration in all technological roadmaps
- Mentor futurist talent and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
