Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2030-ready challenges
- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D investments with future market opportunities
- Curate and incubate emerging tech partnerships across blockchain, biotech, and spatial computing
- Author thought leadership publications on societal transformation pathways
- Manage innovation lab resources and budget for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AGI, climate tech, neurotech
- Strong systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published work in futurist publications or industry whitepapers
- Experience facilitating scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
