Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-disciplinary pods of futurists, engineers, and behavioral scientists
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using our FutureTrend Analytics suite
- Design and validate speculative prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global policy bodies
- Mentor junior futurists in our FutureLeaders accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures studies or technology ethics journals
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuro-technology, and climate AI intersections
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CTOs on 5-10 year tech adoption curves
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
