Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D to align long-term R&D pipelines with emerging opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, partners, and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight analytics framework

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and metaverse developments
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) preferred
