Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published futurist research or patents in recognized journals
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple sectors
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
