Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technological adoption across 15+ industries
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and key clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and maintain Horizon's proprietary foresight framework
- Present findings at global innovation forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published research on emerging tech impact (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with AI trend analysis platforms (e.g., GPT-4, Claude)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term technology roadmaps
- Security clearance eligibility (government-contract work)
