Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, AI ethics frameworks)
- Analyze competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and potential threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles and reduce time-to-market for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
