Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI governance frameworks, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders
- Oversee technology innovation portfolio management and resource allocation
- Champion ethical technology development and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
