Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and immersive experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers
- Identify emerging trends and evaluate their commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Mentor talent and build high-performing technical teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in R&D or innovation
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational technology impact
