Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions in rapid innovation sprints
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present executive-level recommendations on technology investments and R&D prioritization
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced technologies
- Drive adoption of future-proof systems through internal stakeholder education and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech with published thought leadership
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in regulated industries
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, IBM Quantum) highly valued
