Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop novel algorithms for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (RNNs, CNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
