Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models with a focus on production scalability and low latency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to validate model improvements and drive product growth.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact products to market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
