Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.

- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, future-proof infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with product and business units to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development strategies.
- Manage a team of senior engineers and futurists to foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for emerging technologies.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies for major organizations.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Experience in the United States tech market with a focus on scalability and future trends.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
