Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and sustainability goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications and AI governance frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into core business operations
- Secure $15M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships for future-focused projects
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Present findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, SXSW) by 2025
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech startups from concept to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, federated learning, carbon-neutral tech, neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Top 5% performance in competitive hackathons (e.g., NASA Space Apps Challenge)
