Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation solutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Published research or thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience scaling technical solutions from prototype to enterprise deployment
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
