Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, decentralized systems) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future-tech scenarios to investors and board members
- Build partnerships with academic labs and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting 2026 digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startup experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
