Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Interfaces.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the R&D of cutting-edge prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure the architectural integrity of our future-facing projects while maintaining scalability and security.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research to anticipate industry shifts and position Apex Horizon Labs as a market leader.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and investors.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy with a focus on high-impact delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to lead long-term strategic initiatives and pivot quickly in response to market dynamics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing high-performing teams and driving organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
