Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Experience leading cross-border innovation projects with $50M+ budgets
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, Go preferred)
- Compelling public speaking experience at major tech conferences
