Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future tech visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Ensure ethical implementation of advanced technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
