Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, blockchain, AGI, or biotech

- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
