- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 R&D divisions
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on 2026 tech disruption scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Scanning' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market-defining impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotechnology
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology roadmaps or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical specialists
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
