Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record delivering future-focused products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, AI ethics, and sustainable computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certification in AWS/GCP quantum services or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals (2019-2023)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
