Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the company’s 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance microservices and cloud-native architectures using best-in-class frameworks.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business workflows to drive automation and efficiency.
- Cybersecurity: Oversee the deployment of next-gen security protocols, including zero-trust architecture and advanced threat detection systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, edge computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack software architecture and system design.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with proven experience in Kubernetes orchestration and containerization.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, and generative AI technologies.
- Security: Solid foundation in cybersecurity principles, compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR), and secure coding practices.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 10+ engineers and manage complex product lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
