Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT)
- Published thought leadership in business/technology journals
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Economics
